Our Boil consists of shrimp, andouille sausage, local potatoes and corn on the cob, and vidalia onions. These ingredients are put together just right and cooked in our special blend of spices to create a unique, delicious Mid-Atlantic version of the Low Country Boil.

Expertly shucked by the best hands in the business, our Raw Bar selections include oysters — either salty, clean, or a combo — clams, and shrimp. Selections are expertly presented on a bed of ice with our special Tippett cocktail and mignonette sauces, horseradish, and lemon.

BBQ

Cooked in our smoker using indirect heat from aged cherry wood, this is the recipe the Tippetts and their friends used at The Party for decades. Comes with our signature Virginia pick’n sauce.
